Established in 1984 in El Monte, California, Rene Cazares (RC) began as a custom furniture maker and craftsman, creating each made-to-order piece at a time. The focus of Rene’s designs was to create furniture of exceptional quality and beauty with a dedication to the service of his clients. After 34 years, RC Furniture has produced fine upholstered furniture with a commitment to design, impeccable construction, and luxurious comfort.

RC furniture is created to be of exceptional quality inside and out. Utilizing both traditional techniques and modern fabrication technology, RC’s collections are produced in their sprawling 60,000 square foot manufacturing warehouse in the City of Industry, CA. Eventually the company expanded into fine textiles and custom upholstery; traveling the world for unique fabrics and textures.
In service to their clients and designers, RC is well known for its custom, made-to-order furniture that reflects one’s unique style and aesthetic. The design philosophy of the company is that custom does not necessarily have to mean complicated. Whether changing the angle and dimension of chair legs, the base of a bed frame, modifying an arm rest, or adding the embellishment of fine embroidery to an upholstery skirt – RC prides itself on making your vision come to life.

New for 2020, RC has launched several stunning collections of indoor and outdoor furniture as well as decorative pieces decorative pieces. We’re excited to show you the Cole Arm Collection of bar and counter stools, the modern chic Dax and Del Toro benches, and the playfully modern Idole Swivel Chair. RC also has a new collection of luxurious Linen Blend blankets in an assortment of contemporary neutrals – the perfect accent touch to add to a sofa or chaise lounge. RC textiles are sourced globally and reimagined into innovative furniture applications; mixing unique color and texture. Today, RC offers 1,500 leather and fabric upholstery options and combinations!
The new Olmec Collection of bowls are inspired by the ancient Olmec civilization of Vera Cruz, Mexico. Similar in shape to a traditional mortar, the Olmec is available in maple, oak, and ironwood. Also newly added to the decorative category is the Bromeliad Collection of hand-blown glass teardrops; each Bromeliad is crafted by hand resulting in unique variations.

In the outdoor furnishing category, the Cancun Chaise, is offered in black or white with generous Trillium™ gel fiber down alternative seating and metal finishing mounted on a solid wood frame. The Cancun can be customized with other fabric options, pattern, and body grade.
In the sectional category, the California, is a luxurious two-piece modular sectional named for the beautiful Golden State. The California is offered with generous Trillium™ gel fiber down alternative and pillows (or the optional 10/90 white goose down fill).
